We start with fresh habaneros and dry them to concentrate the heat and flavour. We then extract all that goodness by soaking the dried habaneros in gin. That gin is then reduced and mixed with Bee One Third Brisbane Wetlands Honey. This can be used in any way you would normally use honey. Drizzled over cheese, waffles even on ice cream are all great ways to enjoy our Hot Honey. But our best recommendation is on pizza or fried chicken. Maybe on a cheeky 6 pack of nuggets. 380g
