Made in South Brisbane on Fish Lane, VHS is a small batch maker creating killer sauces with traditional fermentation techniques. Our Fish Lane Original is a classic fermented Sriracha style hot sauce. Jalapenos, Cayenne and Birdseye chillies are mixed with organic garlic, ginger and salt and fermented under ideal conditions for no less than 4 weeks. Once our chilli mash has reached the height of its fermentation we lock in the flavour by adding white wine vinegar. Expect depth, heat, sweetness and a killer salty umami. Ideal for almost anything. A hot sauce cure-all. 250g.
